Ben Simmons who was traded from the Philadelphia 76ers to the Brooklyn Nets last season as part of the James Harden trade is finally set to make his much-awaited debut for his new franchise.
Surprisingly, in his first-ever game for the Nets, Simmons will be playing against his former team, the Philadelphia 76ers. It will be interesting to see how Ben Simmons will play, as he will be playing after missing more than 450 days.
The Brooklyn Nets star trio of Kevin Durant, Kyrie Irving, and Ben Simmons will all feature in the preseason game against the 76ers, and the Nets will love to see them together after an offseason full of uncertainty.
Along with Ben Simmons, many other NBA stars will also be marking their return in the preseason games tonight. Kawhi Leonard, and Jamal Murray, both of whom missed the entirety of last season will also be returning to play for their teams. With the regular season set to start in a couple of weeks, this is a great opportunity for teams and players to figure things out for the main show.
