US Rapper Soulja Boy is a man of many achievements. He is a jack of many trades who claims that he has many ‘firsts’ under his belt. Soulja is quite boastful and proud about his various feats and ‘first’ ones too.
Last week Soulja Boy, who is also popularly known as ‘Big Draco’ claimed another huge thing. Soulja came forward and flexed a $1 million bill!
Big Draco took to social media and flexed his $1 million bill. The fans saw it and the post instantly went viral.
“First rapper with the $1 million dollar bill,” Soulja Boy said. “They not having a million dollars, man. They not having it.”
Soon after Soulja’s claim caught wind, it also reached the earshot of NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal. Shaq also came forward claiming that he actually had a custom million dollar bill just like Soulja during Shaq’s rookie season in 1992.
Soulja’s viral clip was originally posted on Instagram by the famous DJ Akademiks.
Funnily enough, Big Diesel, aka. Shaquille O’Neal found his way into the comments section of DJ Akademiks post and started a fiery debate.
Four-time NBA champion Shaq slammed Soulja’s claim about being the first rapper to have a $1 million bill and said the following:
“You not the first i was back in 92,” shot back Shaq.
However, Shaq did not post any proof of having this infamous $1 million bill.
Also, it is quite impossible for Shaq to prove his claim because even if he had the million dollar bill, it was way back in the ‘90’s which was literally three decades ago.
And of course, in Shaq’s defense, the million dollar bill is definitely a novelty item. The United States has never actually issued a legitimate $1 million bill in its currency system. In other words, the million dollar bill is one hundred percent a counterfeit item.
Given Shaq’s hobbies and ambitions, it is quite possible that back in the day he might have had a $1 million bill.
The banter between Shaq and Soulja Boy definitely caught the fans’ attention and they quite enjoyed the conversation between these two famous personalities.
