The Los Angeles Lakers suffered a devasting loss to the Indiana Pacers. They led by 17 points at one point in the fourth quarter, but the Pacers fought back and won through a buzzer-beater game-winning three by Andrew Nembhard.

Anthony Davis once again led the way for the Lakers, as he scored 25 points and had 13 rebounds. LeBron James scored 21 points and Russell Westbrook contributed with 24 points. For the Pacers, Tyrese Haliburton and Benedict Mathurin showed up and scored 24 and 23 points respectively.

After this loss to the Pacers, the Lakers are now 7-12 while the young squad of the Indiana Pacers is having a great season and are 12-8 after this big win.

Talking about the loss, LeBron James said, “Everything has to go wrong in order for you to lose a game like that and everything went wrong.” All did go wrong for the Lakers and this loss will sting for a long time.

LeBron James started the game well for the Lakers but he got hurt and then he couldn’t play his best. The Lakers are set to face a tough run of fixtures ahead and if they don’t make any trades, this season could get ugly pretty quickly.
