Draymond Green had an abysmal performance in Game 3 of the NBA Finals 2022, and he knew that his performance cost his team the game.
Draymond Green had one of the worst performances of his career in game 3 against the Boston Celtics. The Golden State Warriors are under huge pressure as the Celtics are completely dominating them.
The way Draymond Green played in game 3 certainly didn’t help his team’s chances. As a result, he faced a lot of criticism from many people worldwide.
He himself knows that he didn’t play well and cost his team a golden opportunity to make a comeback in the series. Following the loss, Green said, “I just think I never found a rhythm, really on both ends of the floor. Not enough force. But just got to find a rhythm quicker… I was soft. That’s what was most disappointing to me, for us.”
The Golden State Warriors still have an opportunity to level the series. If they are able to win game 4 in Boston, the advantage that the Celtics have will end. Draymond Green certainly can prove his doubters wrong if he steps up in this game.
Talking about game 4, Draymond said, “There’s no big X’s and O’s adjustment in the NBA Finals,. You know what they do. They know what you do. They played with more force in the game tonight, and we have to come out and do that on Friday.”
The NBA Finals 2022 have been great so far. If the Warriors are able to level up the series by winning game 4, then the neutral fans will be overwhelmed with excitement.
