Shaq O’Neal interestingly has won three back-to-back championships in the year 2000, 2001, and 2002. He won these three championships with the Los Angeles Lakers. Shaq’s last and fourth championship came in 2006 with the Miami Heat.
Furthermore, Shaq partnered up with the late great Kobe Bryant to win his first three NBA championships with the LA Lakers.
In the 2000 NBA championship, Shaq and the Lakers defeated the Indiana Pacers in the NBA Finals. Shaq also became the NBA Finals MVP.
Next, in the 2001 NBA championship, Shaq and the Lakers defeated the Philadelphia 76ers in the NBA Finals. Here also Shaq became the NBA Finals MVP.
Lastly, in the 2002 NBA championship, Shaq and the Lakers defeated the New Jersey Nets in the NBA Finals. Here too Shaq became the NBA Finals MVP.
50-year-old Shaq won his last and final NBA championship with the Miami Heat in 2006. While winning the championship in Miami, Shaq partnered with Dwyane Wade.
After all this, Shaq finally retired in 2011 while then playing for the Boston Celtics.
