Kevin Durant and the Brooklyn Nets suffered their fifth loss of the season as they lost to the Indiana Pacers.

The Brooklyn Nets were defeated by the Indiana Pacers by a score of 125-116, marking their fifth loss this season. The fact that the Pacers are in the process of rebuilding and are not on the same level as the Nets make this loss for the Nets one of their most disappointing of the season.

Even though Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving are off to another strong start to the season, their team is still struggling to find success on the court. Irving finished the game against the Pacers with 35 points, while Durant ended the game with 26 points.

There is a lot of pressure being put on Steve Nash because the team is not getting results, and it was clear during the offseason that KD did not want Nash to continue in his role as head coach. KD was upset after the loss and had some words to say.

Talking about the loss, Kevin Durant said, “It was a sh**ty night, Excuse my language, it was a bad night. … We’re pissed. We enjoy basketball. We like to win, though, so of course when we lose the games it’s going to be a somber mood in the locker room. But it will change once we start playing some good basketball. We got a lot of basketball to be played ahead of us.”

The Brooklyn Nets need to bounce back quickly or else we might see some major changes happening in the franchise. Their head coach could get fired, or their star players might get traded, as things aren’t working well for them.
