The Los Angeles Clippers will be welcoming back their star duo of Paul George and Kawhi Leonard this season after the latter missed the entirety of last season due to an ACL injury, while Paul George himself missed a significant portion of last season due to injuries.

Due to them being healthy, the LA Clippers are in a strong position to win the NBA Championship this season. They arguably have the best roster in the NBA this season, and with Kawhi and PG13 playing together, they can beat any team on any given day.

Everyone knows Kawhi Leonard when healthy is one of the best players in the world, and even Paul George knows that. Kawhi Leonard is a two-time NBA Champion, has been the Finals MVP twice, and has also won a DPOY in his career.

In a recent interview, George claimed that he has no issues in playing as a second-fiddle to Kawhi Leonard as he knows how great of a player the former San Antonio Spurs player is.

Talking about it Paul George said, “Kawhi is number one, and I’m totally fine with it, Everybody say Kawhi and you are one and one, or 1A and 1B, I’ll publicly say I’m the two. Kawhi is the one, I’m the two. So that part we nipped in the bud. There’s no ego when it comes to that. But with that being said, I believe in my talent and what I do. I believe on any night in what I’m capable of.”

Paul George and the Los Angeles Clippers are coming for the NBA Title this season

This coming season, the Los Angeles Clippers will be the team to beat. Even though they were already strong, adding John Wall only made them stronger. With Paul George and Kawhi Leonard coming back from injuries, the Clippers should be able to compete for the championship this year.

They have a strong team, and  Kawhi Leonard & Paul George have already shown that they can win a championship together. Last year, they would have won the championship if Kawhi hadn’t gotten hurt against the Jazz. But they’ll get a second chance, and this time they’ll be better ready.

Moreover, Normann Powell and John Wall are both good scorers. When they play well, they play well, and their team depth is unmatched. As of right now, no NBA team is good enough to beat them in a best-of-seven series if they don’t get hurt.
