In a shocking turn of events, Kevin Durant has decided to hand in a trade request to the Brooklyn Nets. This came after a few days ago Kyrie Irving had opted into his last year of the contract with the Brooklyn Nets.
Durant’s future was uncertain when Kyrie Irving was assumed to be leaving the team, but things calmed down after it was confirmed that Irving would return to Brooklyn.
KD’s trade request has shocked the entire NBA world. Almost every team will be interested in acquiring Durant, but it will be interesting to see where he ends up.

With four years on his contract, there’s no shortage of teams willing to unload assets for Durant.”
With Kevin Durant set to leave the Nets, there is a very high possibility that Kyrie Irving will also leave the team in the coming days. The Los Angeles Lakers are set to be the favorites to land Kyrie.
