Luka Doncic led the Dallas Mavericks to a game 3 win against the Phoenix Suns in the Western Conference Semis.
The Dallas Mavericks won game 3 of their ongoing series against the Phoenix Suns by the score of 103-94. This was a big game for the Mavs, as they were already down 0-2 in the series.
With this win, their chances of winning the series stay alive, as they’ll now prepare to face the Suns in Game 4. Luka Doncic was once again the main man for the Dallas Mavericks as he had a great all-around game.
He dropped 26 points, 13 rebounds, and 9 assists, as he was finally able to get some help from his teammates, unlike in the first two games.
Jalen Brunson contributed with a game-high 28 points, while all the starters of the team had double-digit points which was a good sign for them. The Mavs’ defense also stepped up massively, as they were able to contain Phoenix for just 94 points.
Chris Paul and Devin Booker had an off day in Game 3 vs Luka Doncic and the Mavs
The Phoenix Suns’ offense in game 3 was absolutely terrible. Their starlet duo Devin Booker and Chris Paul had extremely disappointing games as the duo was able to score just 30 points together.
CP3 ended up with 12 points, while Devin Booker scored just 18 points, which is very low as per their standards. However, Phoenix still leads the series 2-1.
They have a chance of gaining a significant advantage in the series if they are able to win game 4 at the homecourt of the Mavs. Booker and CP3 will look to have a bounce-back, and put their team in command.
