The reigning MVP of the NBA Nikola Jokic who will soon be crowned the MVP of this season also had a stellar night against the Golden State Warriors.

However, his heroics were not enough to get the Denver Nuggets the first win of their ongoing series with the Warriors in the 1st round of the Western Conference Playoffs.

Nikola Jokic dropped 37 points and recorded 18 rebounds & 5 assists as well but the Warriors are just too overpowered for him to deal alone. The Nuggets are still missing Jamal Murray and Michael Porter Jr., due to which their chances of getting anything from this series are very low.

The Warriors, on the other hand, are healthy, and more importantly, have all their star players fit and are in good form which is a good sign for them.

Splash Brothers continue to dominate for the Warriors

The Golden State Warriors are on a roll, and unsurprisingly are looking like the clear favorites to win the championship this season. Largely, it is due to the fact of their newly upgraded splash brothers trio, which now consists of Jordan Poole as well, along with Klay and Steph.

All these three players once again had a great night and helped the Warriors to go 3-0 up in the series, following the win at the homecourt of the Nuggets.

Stephen Curry scored 27 points, while Klay Thompson scored 26 points and Jordan Poole continued to impress in the first playoffs of his career as he scored 27 points.

The Warriors are looking scary, and if they are healthy, they will be the team to beat in the Western Conference.
