Alex Caruso is close to returning for the Chicago Bulls

Published by

Chicago Bulls guard Alex Caruso has been sidelined with a wrist injury suffered during the game against the Milwaukee Bucks on 21st January.

Alex Caruso hasn’t played for the Chicago Bulls since the 21st of January as he sustained a wrist injury in a game against the Milwaukee Bucks.

Caruso was challenged on a layup by Grayson Allen, as the rough play by the Bucks players resulted in a serious injury for the Bulls guard which kept him sidelined since then.

There was a huge backlash against Grayson Allen after that injury as he has been known for making dirty plays throughout his career, dating back to his days in college.

Caruso joined the Chicago Bulls during the free agency prior to this season. He has transformed himself into an important player for the team just like he was for the Los Angeles Lakers.

He is back in practice and will be expected to join the team very soon as the Bulls prepare themselves for a promising playoff run ahead.

Alex Caruso talked about his return and said,We’re close, We haven’t talked about a specific target yet. I think we’re just trying to take it day-by-day to make sure it passes each test. Wake up Saturday, hopefully, no soreness that will hold me back, and go from there.

He added, I think we have to continue to check the boxes, make sure that it’s functional and if I get hit, it’s not going to be bad if I fall, little things like that. But as far as shooting and passing and dribbling, I’m good with all that stuff.

The Chicago Bulls have had a very good season so far. All the signings which they made during the free agency have helped them massively.

The return of Caruso and the potential return of Lonzo Ball will help the team a lot as the playoffs are upon us and they will be a team to keep an eye on.
