The Boston Celtics are currently having the record of 34-26
The current season for the Boston Celtics began in a horrible thanks to injuries, covid, and new coaching personnel. People started to believe that this team is going nowhere and another season of the duo of Jayson Tatum and Brown will be wasted.
The Celtics struggled last season and were bounced out from the playoffs in the first round by the Brooklyn Nets. This led to multiple position changes within the organization.
However, before the all-star break, they have gained momentum and put up successive wins against tough teams to bring their season on track.
Boston Celtics’ standing in the East:
The Celtics are currently in the 6th position in the East while having a record of 34-26 and they have a record of 9-1 in their last 10 games.
They are gaining momentum at the correct time as they will look to make a deep run into the playoffs this time.
They have bounced well from a tough start to the season and now are looking like a dangerous team to come up against.
What is the road ahead for the Boston Celtics?
The Celtics’ main aim as described by their star player Jayson Tatum is to win the championship but it seems like a tough task as of now, due to the quality of the teams around them.
However, if they reach the second round of playoffs this season, they can surprise a few teams just like they did on their run to the ECF in 2020, because the duo of Tatum and Brown is well capable of destroying any team on their day.
The current focus of the Celtics is to get into the playoffs with good seed to avoid the toughest battle in the 1st round of the playoffs which will help them to progress further.
