Washington Wizards’ marquee scorer, Bradley Beal left the on-road game against Milwaukee Bucks due to a lower-body issue as per the team’s latest statement released via their official Twitter handle on Tuesday Night.
Wizards wrote in their statement, “Bradley Beal (left hamstring soreness) is questionable to return to tonight’s game.”
Given that the Wizards already had an upward battle to fight against the in-form Milwaukee Bucks, Giannis Antetokounmpo, Beal’s absence could just be the turning point. After just appearing in the game for close to 13 minutes, the away team took a stern decision by leaving out Bradley Beal due to his latest hamstring injury woes.
Bradley Beal Injury: When will Wizards’ marquee star return?
Bradley Beal, who had eight points, four assists, two steals, and one rebound prior to exiting, won’t be returning to get any more game time against the Milwaukee Bucks. However, the away side still has Kyle Kuzma supporting Kristapz Porzingis in the remaining encounter.
That being said, Bradley Beal is averaging 23.5 points, 5.2 assists and 3.6 rebounds behind 52.7 percent shooting from the field and 34.3 percent shooting from deep in the 2022-23 NBA Season so far. The field-goal percentage would be a career-high mark if he maintains it, and the improvement from three-point range is notable after he shot a career-worst 30 percent in the 2021-22 NBA season. But will his team be able to pull off a shocking victory against the Bucks? Remains to be seen.
