Draymond Green says that this move is why Stephen Curry is so scary on the basketball court
The Golden State Warriors recently beat the Miami Heat and during that game, Stephen Curry went off. During one play, Curry crossed Tyler Herro and dropped a three-pointer over him. Draymond Green took the time to talk about the move calling Curry scary and saying that he keeps getting better.
The move was a savage crossover that requires skill and impeccable timing. It was a display that shows the skills that Curry has developed to complement his style of play.
Green said that Curry keeps getting better and that seems true as well with Curry seeming to age like a fine wine. Stephen Curry is the epitome of an ageless player as his play-style does not depend on physicality. His offense heavily depends on three-point shooting with pick and roll being a second option.
Besides this, Curry has also developed as a passer and playmaker over the years. The only weak point of Curry’s game is his defense and he holds his own in that department as well. It will be interesting to see how Curry develops as a player in the coming years.
Stephen Curry will not win the MVP award this season. The candidate pool is extremely large this year and someone else likely wins it this year. Luka Doncic, Giannis Antetokounmpo, Joel Embiid, and Jayson Tatum are all more likely candidates to win the award.
Despite this, if Curry continues playing the way he is now, he will definitely get some MVP votes. The Golden State Warriors will need Stephen Curry to be at his best to win a championship this year. Many teams have started the season well and it looks like a difficult road to the Championship this year.
