LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers have been struggling this season and an old tweet has started going viral again.

LeBron James who is one the greatest basketball players of all time always plays every season with only one goal on his mind and that is to win the championship.

However, this season has been an absolute disaster for the Los Angeles Lakers. They were the early favorites to win the title but have currently found themselves struggling to even make the playoffs.

Earlier this season when this roster of the Lakers was assembled, many predicted that it will be a failure due to too many old guys who don’t fit with each other to which LeBron tweeted and responded while signaling that we will talk about this later in the season.

Things have gone very bad for the Lakers and nobody predicted it which is why this tweet of LeBron is getting more and more trolled. As the Lakers continue to lose the games and the situation is getting worse day by day.

LeBron James’ tweet did not age well

The tweet made by LeBron in which he indicated to keep the same energy when his team will be playing well in the season has not aged well at all. The Lakers find themselves in the play-in spots and the road to playoffs is looking very tough for them with Anthony Davis still out injured.

This horrible season for the Lakers has overshadowed a great personal season for LeBron James. He is in his 19th year in the league is playing like an MVP. James has shown no signs of slowing down and if his teammates would have also played like him then the situation at the Lakers would have been much different. And the Lakers would be contending for the title just like it was predicted at the start of the season.
