Freddie Freeman won the World Series with the Atlanta Braves last season, and he received his ring during his return as a Dodgers player.
Freddie Freeman is one of the best players in the league. He played a huge part in last season’s world series triumph of the Atlanta Braves. In the absence of Ronald Acuna Jr., Freddie needed to lead his team, and he did.
After spending his entire career with the Braves, Freddie signed with the Los Angeles Dodgers in free agency. He has been performing well for his new team.
Recently, Freeman returned to face the Atlanta Braves for the first time since leaving them. He received his championship ring in front of the fans that loved him throughout his career. Freddie got emotional, and rightly so because he loves Atlanta.
Freddie Freeman talked about his return, and said, “Last time I was on this field, there was a big stage in the middle of this field, because we accomplished something so special. From the bottom of my heart, and my family’s heart, we thank you for the support you’ve shown my family and I for the last twelve years.”
Freddie Freeman is a Braves legend. He has given those fans lots of moments to cherish. Freeman finally got the championship win for the Braves, and it was the best moment of his career.
Freeman appreciated the support shown by Braves fans to him, and said, “I’m just so thrilled to be back and to see all of you guys again. I know I’ve got a different uniform on, but I still love each and every one of you guys.”
He added, “I continue to look forward to coming back each year and seeing you, but especially this weekend after we reached the pinnacle last year of winning that World Series. I’ve been looking forward to this for three months.”
