The Bucks superstar tweeted in support of Serena and called her GOAT after she lost in the second round of the US Open. The Greek Freak tweeted with a goat emoji and showed his gratitude towards the tennis legend for gracing the court.
Serena Williams’ career as a professional tennis player came to an end after Ajla Tomljanovic defeated her in the third round of the US Open.
Serena Williams had a remarkable career spanning 27 amazing years, winning 73 titles, 23 of which were Grand Slams, giving her the most titles of any player during the Open Era and the second-most ever.
A couple of months back, Giannis posed with his brothers and Serena. Fans loved the picture and called them the greatest of their games.
Serena Williams has already shown herself to be the greatest of all time, while Giannis Antetokounmpo is still creating his name. Despite how successful he already is, his narrative still has a lot more to be told.
Words of support and congratulations for the tennis icon poured in as she left, and the basketball community responded with amazing enthusiasm.
