On Thursday, the league released the third fan return of the 2023 All-Star voting, which Giannis Antetokounmpo leading the Eastern Conference lineup with the most votes.
Keeping the All-Star Captaincy race of Giannis Antetokounmpo and Kevin Durant aside, LeBron James is leading the Western Conference frontcourt with 6.5 million votes, which is an advantage over the Greek Freak and the Slim Reaper. As for guard, Stephen Curry leads the West with 5.1 million votes, while Kyrie Irving leads the East with 3.9 million votes.
