Giannis Antetokounmpo and his dad joke while shooting for his documentary has left his fans in splits.
Giannis Antetokounmpo is known for a lot of things. While on the basketball court, the Greek Freak is known for being one of the best players in the NBA at the moment because of his excellent ability that combines his size, his speed and his strength and makes him one of the most dominant specimens in the league – he is known for his brilliant sense of humour off the court.
The Milwaukee Bucks superstar gave another instance of his incredible sense of humour with a dad joke that left his fans in splits.While shooting for his new documentary titled “Naija Odyssey”, the Greek-Nigerian basketball player came up with an incredible ‘dad joke’ that could easily go down as the most embarrassing yet hilarious anecdote ever made by an NBA player.
Speaking to the camera on set, Giannis decided to treat the crew with a dad joke in order to lighten up the mood in a break.
“Before we continue shooting, I have a joke for you guys. Why did the movie director get kicked out of the bar?” asked Giannis, and it was only after a short pause and a shrug that he answered his own question with “It was because he made a scene.”
The clip posted by Giannis on his Twitter account has since gone viral on social media.

It would be fair to say that the Greek Freak’s joke had his fans in absolute splits.
While the replies were filled with comments such as “How can you not love this man?”, “Wholesome af”, “This actually made me chuckle lol”, one of the most hilarious responses came when a fan suggested that dad jokes might be Giannis’ go to tactic to unsettle opponents.

The documentary “Naija Odyssey” releases on 21st September, and might contain many more such hilarious dad jokes from the Greek Freak.
