Grayson Allen defends his name after blatantly shoving DeMar DeRozan in latest Heat vs Bucks matchup

Grayson Allen had already been in the bad books of Chicago Bulls’ fans where he purposely held Alex Caruso to throw his down on the floor last season, causing the latter to suffer from a wrist injury. With the Bucks meeting Bulls in Chicago, Allen seems to have added more hate against his name, this time by fouling DeMar DeRozan.

Midway in the third quarter, when Bulls were trying to create an impression on the offensive end, Allen shoved DeMar on the floor. Given that the Bulls’ players have already reveals their true thoughts upon the culprit, they surely were not going to hold back this time around. Moreover, the fans inside the arena went onto boo the former Duke star even louder every time he touched the ball.

After the end of the game, while DeMar DeRozan and Zach LaVine revealed how Grayson Allen usually plays and just why they need to be careful around him, Allen clapped back revealing his true thoughts on the matter.

Grayson Allen pledged his innocence and claimed that Patrick Williams pushed him towards DeMar DeRozan, causing the foul.

“(It was) exactly what the video showed. I went to set a screen and got bumped into DeMar,” Allen said, per Rob Schaefer of NBC Sports Chicago. “When you go to get bumped into somebody, you put your arm out to stop yourself. I didn’t try to run him over.”
