How many brothers of Giannis Antetokounmpo are playing in the NBA?

Giannis Antetokounmpo is one of the best players in the NBA at the moment, but are there any of his brothers playing in the NBA – and if yes, how many?

Giannis Antetokounmpo is currently one of the most dominant physical specimens in the NBA or the world of basketball combining his size and speed with his incredible agility. The Milwaukee Bucks superstar almost effortlessly runs over most of his opponents in the NBA and has made a reputation for himself as one of the scariest competitors on a basketball court.

Giannis’ unbelievable ability has helped him rack up a list of career accolades that any player would be envious of – the Greek Freak is already an NBA champion with the Milwaukee Bucks in 2021 along with a two-time winner of the MVP award. Even though most of his success stems from his incredible work ethic, one can say that basketball runs in the Antetokounmpo family.

It turns out that Giannis has four brothers all of which play the game of basketball. His brothers – namely, Francis, Alex, Kostas and Thanasis – all play basketball, which explains the natural ability that Giannis possesses other than his hard work that makes him so good. It also turns out that, for those who don’t know, two of his brothers already play in the NBA.

Where do Giannis’ brothers play in the NBA?

It turns out that two of Giannis’ brothers play in the NBA already.

While the oldest brother in the family in Francis has previously played semi-professional basketball and soccer, Alex played in the NBA G-League over the past season. However, it is his brothers Thanasis and Kostas who currently ply their trade in the NBA – while Thanasis plays for the Bucks alongside Giannis, Kostas signed a contract with the Chicago Bulls this off season.
