Jalen Rose compares Steph with Mahmoud Abdul-Rauf by mentioning “He had some sauce on that thing”

There may be very few of us who have not been surprised by Steph’s gameplay, former NBA player Jalen Rose has recently compared the 2022 NBA Finals MVP with Mahmoud Abdul-Rauf in his recent appearance on the podcast “All The Smoke”. The American sports analyst also appreciated Rauf for his discipline and referred to him as the reason to stay in Denver.
Jalen played alongside Abdul-Rauf at the peak of his career when he was a important threat against each team he played. He added about the pump fake which is like Stephen’s style.
“One of the things I liked about being in Denver was Playing with Mahmoud Abdul Rauf and people that see Steph now, it reminds me of him, he was the first dude like Tim Hardaway was doing it, you he the OG, but he had some sauce on that thing”. Jalen said.
He extended by saying ” I saw him not eat at certain periods of time. During the season, him and Hakeem Olajuwon, and it was incredible to me like, Wow! I got to step it up, he better than me. He more disciplined than me”.
