Jayson Tatum led the Boston Celtics to a third consecutive win in the 1st round series against the Brooklyn Nets.

The Boston Celtics are on a roll, as they have won the third consecutive game against the Brooklyn Nets in the 1st round of the Eastern Conference Playoffs. This has been an extraordinary performance by the Celtics as they are on the verge of sweeping the championship favorites.

Jayson Tatum was once again the star of the night, as he dropped 39 points while recording 6 assists and 5 rebounds as well. He has been dominant on both the ends of the court throughout the series and has looked like the best player in the series.

Tatum’s teammates also stepped up massively and helped the Celtics to cruise through the Nets. Jaylen Brown scored 23 points, while Marcus Smart also contributed with 14 important points.

The Celtics are in a good position to sweep the Brooklyn Nets, and that would be a remarkable achievement for them considering their struggles at the start of the season.

Kyrie Irving and Kevin Durant continue to disappoint for the Nets

Nobody saw this shambolic performance from the Brooklyn Nets prior to the start of the playoffs. The star players of the Nets haven’t performed up to their expectations, which is why they are on the verge of getting bounced out in the 1st round of the playoffs.

Kevin Durant once again had a disappointing night as he was able to just score 16 points and had just one basket in the 2nd half of the game. His co-star Kyrie Irving also had a bad game as also was able to just score 16 points as well.

Players of their caliber have to step up big time and lead their team from the front. Due to their struggles, Brooklyn has had no answers to the brilliance of the Boston Celtics and they might get swept in the 1st round.
