The Boston Celtics led by Jayson Tatum blew out the Miami Heat in the fourth game of the series to level up the series.
The Boston Celtics blew out the Miami Heat in the 4th game of the Eastern Conference Finals by a score of 102-82, as they once lead by 30+ points during the game.
Jayson Tatum bounced back strong after a terrible performance in game 3, as he scored 31 points, and it was enough for the Celtics to come back in the series.
Boston’s defense was immaculate as they just locked down Miami, and made it very hard for them to score points, and Boston just ran away with the team.
The series is now completely balanced with both teams leveled. However, Boston has a golden opportunity on their hand to steal game 5 at Miami, and that will put them in a great spot to win the Eastern Conference and qualify for the NBA Finals.
Miami’s offense was held by the Boston Celtics and Jayson Tatum
Boston’s defense was so good in game 4 that none of Miami’s starters was able to score double-digit points. This was a shambolic performance by Miami, as they had a great chance of going 3-1 up in the ECF.
Their starters were able to score just a combined total of 18 points, and this really speaks of the level of the game that they had. Victor Oladipo came off the bench and scored a team-high total of 23 points for Miami.
Nevertheless, they’ll have a chance to bounce back as the next game is back at their home court. Miami will have a chance of going 3-2 up in the series which will put pressure on Boston.
