Karl Anthony Towns led the way for the Minnesota Timberwolves in their winning in Game 4 against Memphis.

Karl Anthony Towns

The Minnesota Timberwolves defeated the Memphis Grizzlies in Game 4 of their ongoing series by a score of 119-118. Once again Memphis was able to come back from a large deficit but the Wolves were able to handle their business at home to level the series at 2-2.

Karl Anthony Towns bounced back strong from his horrible performances in the last two games as he dropped 33 points while also recording 14 rebounds. He played a key factor in Minnesota’s win, and this win has put them in a good position to have a chance of winning the series and going to the 2nd round.

Anthony Edwards also had a stellar game despite getting injured in the 1st half of the game, as he contributed 24 points. The Timberwolves showed resilience to withstand the Memphis Grizzlies, and they will be hungry to get a win on Memphis’ home court in Game 5 of the series.

Desmond Bane once again shines for the Grizzlies, while Ja Morant dropped a stinker

Desmond Bane was the standout player once again for the Memphis Grizzlies in their loss against the Timberwolves as he scored a game-high 34 points, in which he knocked 8 three-pointers. Despite his valiant efforts, Memphis was unable to win the game, as they now head back to their home with the series tied at 2-2.

Other than Bane, Dillon Brooks also had a solid game but a poor outing from their best player Ja Morant might have been a big reason for their loss in Game 4. Ja only scored 11 points in the whole game, while he had just 4 points in the first half of the game.

Ja and the Grizzlies will look to bounce back strong in the 5th game of the series which will be played at their home court and they would want that 3-2 lead while coming back to play game 6 in Minnesota.
