NBA on TNT is one of the best sports shows to ever happen. It is hosted by a legendary group of four experts. By now we all know them. Still, for the uninitiated, the famous TNT show, named ‘Inside the NBA’ is hosted by Charles Barkley, Shaquille O’Neal, Kenny Smith, and Ernie Johnson.

On Tuesday, ‘Inside the NBA’ witnessed a massive laugh riot. The festive season is here and the sports analyst hosting the show are really in a festive mood. More specifically, Shaq’s festiveness seems to have no limits.

During the halftime of LA Lakers vs. Cavaliers, Shaquille O’Neal and Kenny Smith once again started their famous on-air race which was supposed to end with one of them touching the video board on TNT’s set.

But as expected from the duo of Shaq and Kenny, the race ended in a twist.

As the race started, hilarity ensued. Halfway through the race, Kenny Smith pushed 7-foot-1 Shaq into a Christmas tree.

After Shaq went flying into the Christmas tree, only his two large shoes were visible to the camera. Moreover, Shaq was talking from inside the tree and was laughing along with his colleagues on the goof-up.

Basically, Kenny did a good job!

Shaq later got out of the tree with the collective help of co-hosts Ernie Johnson and Charles Barkley. Notably, Shaq fittingly landed next to a massive red bag that read ‘Shaq-A-Claus.’

As the incident happened Charles Barkley exclaimed, “That was bad right there!”

Further, the story does not end here. Ernie Johnson then challenged O’Neal that he wouldn’t dive into the tree headfirst. Shaq, being the sportsman that he is, took up the challenge and executed it swiftly.
