Kevin Durant went in on the lack of support from his Brooklyn Nets teammates in his explosive recent interview with Bleacher Report.

The Brooklyn Nets lost their latest game in a blowout defeat to the Sacramento Kings on Tuesday. The Nets who have been at the center of controversy courtesy of several events over the past few months could not sustain a run of good results on the court and succumbed to yet another defeat at the hands of the Kings at the Golden 1 Center in Sacramento.

Despite Kevin Durant’s best efforts as he scored 27 points, 4 rebounds and 6 assists for the Nets, it all ended in a losing cause as the struggling Nets lost their ninth game of the season out of 15 games – and prompted their talisman to go on a viral rant. The Nets superstar sat down with Chris B. Haynes of Bleacher Report as he addressed plenty of controversial talking points.

Durant went in on just about everybody in his latest interview following the defeat, as he ripped into his Nets teammates for the lack of support and the NBA community for expecting big things from the Nets just because of KD’s presence on the roster. The quotes from the interview are trending on social media, where he ripped into his teammates for their lack of support.

What did Kevin Durant have to say about his current teammates?

It would be fair to say that KD did not really shower high praise on any of his current teammates at the Brooklyn Nets.

Durant has often been held responsible for the Nets’ misfortunes over the past few years as they have failed to really contend for the Championship. However, Durant does not think it is completely on him to change the narrative as he does not feel that he gets enough support out on the court, and KD made himself more than clear as he called out the entire starting lineup.

Look at our starting lineup. Edmond Sumner, Royce O’Neale, Joe Harris, [Nic] Claxton and me. It’s not disrespect, but what are you expecting from that group? You expect us to win because I’m out there,” ranted a frustrated Durant as his quotes went viral in no time.
