NBA has confirmed suspension of 11 players after wild mayhem

NBA suspension Killian Hayes, Moritz Wagner, and Hamidou Diallo. The National Basketball League has delivered their statement with respect to Malice at Little Caesars Arena.

The NBA Head of Operations explained the entire scenario that was seen repeatedly by the fans. He indicated that the fights were ignited by Moritz Wagner who unprofessionally pushed Hayes into the bench. The escalation of the act was the major concern after Hayes punched Wagner.

“Killian Hayes has been suspended three games without pay, Orlando Magic center Moritz Wagner two games without pay and Pistons guard Hamidou Diallo one game without pay for their roles in an on-court altercation,” it was announced today by Joe Dumars, Executive Vice President, and Head of Basketball Operations.

He added, that 8 players from the Orlando Magic roster are suspended for one game each without pay for leaving their bench. Those actions could have created a massive ruckus. “Guards Cole Anthony, R.J. Hampton, Gary Harris and Kevon Harris, forwards Admiral Schofield and Franz Wagner and centers Mo Bamba and Wendell Carter, Jr.”

All things considered, NBA concluded their statement, “The one-game suspensions issued to the eight Magic players for leaving the bench area during an altercation will be served on a staggered basis to ensure, per league rule, that Orlando has eight healthy players Available to play in its next two games.”

“Anthony, Bamba, Carter, Jr., Hampton and Gary Harris will serve their suspensions Friday vs. the Wizards. Kevon Harris, Schofield and Franz Wagner will be suspended for Orlando’s following game Jan. 4 in Oklahoma City at Paycom Center.”
