Los Angeles Lakers are acquiring talents and leaving nothing behind to win it all. With keeping the championship in mind, the Lakers are fully focused to land Patrick Beverley this Thursday according to Adrian Woj from ESPN.

Lakers are acquiring the Jazz player in exchange for Stanley Johnson and Talen Horten-Tucker. The high-profile trade is in the news for some other reasons as well. The reason is that there can be a huge issue with the lineup as Patrick will play with the point guard Westbrook.

34 years old Patrick Beverley is all set to join the Lakers after five seasons with Houston, four with the Clippers and last season with the Timberwolves. He has averaged 9.2 points per game, along with 4.6 assists and 4.1 rebounds a game in the 58 games that he played.
