LeBron James and Kevin Durant agree on hard-to-believe “Facts” from a Nike Executive
NBA players LeBron James and Kevin Durant validated a Twitter user’s “statement” about them. You undoubtedly pick up a few tips when you play basketball for as long as KD and LeBron have.
The two seasoned players have developed a few strategies that they use on the court without breaking the laws of the game. A Twitter user who turned out to be a Nike official caught wind of one such diversionary tactic.
Several teams played on Christmas Day, including the Dallas Mavericks and LeBron James’ Los Angeles Lakers. Jasmine L. Watkins, a Nike executive, couldn’t help but tweet about something she noticed while watching James compete on the court. Interestingly, King James and Kevin Durant both took note of the message.
Watkins shared a brief footage from the Los Angeles Lakers versus. Dallas Mavericks game on December 25. LeBron James appeared to slow down while in charge of the ball, as shown in the video. The four-time NBA champion appeared to be growing fatigued, but he quickly moved to the rim and hit a great jumper.
Watkins released the video with the following caption: “This how the old heads get you lol act like they tired and then make a move to the rim.” King James and Brooklyn Nets forward Kevin Durant both liked and shared the post. KD merely commented, “Great tweet,” while James concurred that Watkins had only provided “facts.”
This season has not been easy for the Los Angeles Lakers. On Sunday night, things did not get much better for LeBron James and company. On Christmas Day, the purple and gold squad lost by a score of nine points to the Dallas Mavericks at the American Airlines Center.
