LeBron James posts cryptic message after being sidelined because of NBA COVID-19 protocols
Before the start of the 2021-22 NBA season, the league laid out a bunch of COVID-19 protocols for the players who either test positive or their test comes out inconclusive. After nearly more than a month after the start of the season, Lebron James, who is arguably the biggest star in the league has found himself in the midst of these protocols.
James was sidelined from the LA Lakers’ game against Sacramento Kings on December 1st. With further reports on his situation still awaited, King James decided to hop on Twitter to post a cryptic message. Have a look at what James said:
“Something is REAL [Fish emojis] going on”
James has suggested that something really fishy is going on and that he intends on getting to the bottom of it. It is worth noting that he has been fully vaccinated unlike some of the league’s big stars and chances of catching COVID-19 after being fully vaccinated is significantly low. This is why James thinks something is wrong with his current situation.
As mentioned earlier, it is still not known whether James has tested positive for the virus or not. However, if he does, he will have to spend at least 10-days in quarantine. But this can be shortened only if James returns with two negative PCR tests with a span of 24 hours.
Further reports on James’ current situation are still awaited and the NBA legend will be hoping to come back as soon as possible after missing out on almost half of the teams’ game this season.
