The Los Angeles Lakers will face the Los Angeles Clippers at the Crypto.com Arena on the 25th of February, 2022 (USA) as the race to playoffs heat up.
This battle of LA is not as attractive as it has been in the past two seasons due to many star players out due to injury but the stakes are still high as both the teams are competing for playoff spots.
The Lakers were title favorites but find themselves struggling to even make the playoffs while the Clippers were not expected to make a run towards the title due to the injury of Kawhi Leonard but are still playing above expectations.

With almost every star of the team out, all burden is on the shoulders of Reggie Jackson who always comes up on the big stage, and this is just the right opportunity for him to shine.
It’s an important game for both the teams with playoff spots up for grabs but the Los Angeles Lakers have too much to prove more than the Los Angeles Clippers. Coming after the all-star break, the Lakers with Russell Westbrook and LeBron James will be looking to put up a run of consecutive wins which will cruise them to the playoffs.
