LeBron James training videos and pictures have gone viral as he shared a tweet with a funny caption

LeBron James is one of the most committed and hard-working players the NBA has ever seen, and that especially applies to the offseason. When the playoffs finish and the offseason starts, LeBron gets back to work and does all he can to keep his body fit and healthy while also making sure that he is ready for the beginning of the NBA season. James recently posted a tweet with images and video footage of this year’s offseason workouts and he looks ready to play.

He captioned the tweet saying “My friends asked me earlier if I was BBQ’n for the holiday. I said I am, ask the ones in attendance!” The caption is a bit of joke and although he really isn’t BBQ’n anything, he’s cooking up a storm in the gym. In the videos you can see Lebron James training and running high level drills with his trainers and working out alongside fellow Los Angeles Laker Troy Brown Jr.

What does LeBron James do to keep his body in the best condition during the offseason?

Most people know that LeBron James spares no expense for fitness and keeping his body. His business partner Maverick Carter put all doubts to rest in 2020 when he said that James spends up to 1.5 million USD a year in order to maintain his body. This includes a variety of fitness and body conditioning equipment.

LeBron James Cryotherapy treatment

James was one of the first NBA players to use Cryotherapy treatments and also uses Hyperbaric Chambers to improve his oxygen levels. Besides this James also wears special high-performance compression gear such as sleeves and shorts that help stimulate the flow of blood in his body. He combines this with more normal exercises such as Pilates, high-intensity training and yoga. James also uses more regular fitness methods and treatments such as massages, ice baths and manicures to treat his body.
