Despite Brooklyn Nets’ 118-100 win over the Milwaukee Bucks, young stud Nic Claxton was in no mood to let go off Giannis Antetokounmpo with ease. The two big-men were at it when Bucks locked horns with Nets where Nic registered 19 points, 8 rebound and 5 assists against the 2021 NBA Champs Milwaukee Bucks.

The tension between Nets and Bucks have always been at a rise since they dumped them out by a whisker in the 2021 playoffs. Perhaps this is just why Nic Claxton did not want Giannis Antetokounmpo to be off the hook easily and he took his chances on Instagram to call out the two-time MVP.

Both Claxton and Giannis are known to be players who scored their points majorly by making their way all the way to the rim. Based on the same ground, Nic called out Giannis wherein he posted a clip a clip of the Greek Freak barrel via the Brooklyn Nets unit and run straight into him. Not only did the concerned duo get into an altercation but the former took the matter to social media to fire shots on Instagram.

Safe to say Nic Claxton’s antics on Instagram will only make him surge of Giannis Antetokounmpo’s hit-list, especially next time when these two teams lock horns.

Nick Friedell even wrote on Twitter, “Nic Claxton just bumped Giannis on his way back to the bench — Giannis was not happy about it. He walked with Claxton back towards the Brooklyn bench after that time out was called and had a few words. That is not the guy to upset.”
