Russell Westbrook has now become the neighbour of his team commander LeBron James.
With the Lakers finally ending their winless streak in NBA, Westbrook finally may have gotten time to make it to his second house where he will be living alongside LeBron James.
The 2017 NBA Most Valuable Player, Russell may not be as his life in the current NBA season, but his friend, James, surely holds his hands in every situation. The two are not only just friends but now also have become neighbors. Despite the struggles, James has always supported his teammate reminding everyone why he is regarded as one of the greatest in this field.
Russell Westbrook Mansion’s Full Details
Covering the position of point guard for the Lakers, Westbrook, purchased his second mansion in Los Angeles Westside for a prize worth rupees $33.5 million. The house papers have been brought from one of America’s name fam billionaires and the daughter of former Formulae One chief executive Burnie Ecclestone and are situated just across the street from James’s house.
The house officially built in 2018 was named “Vita Nova” by the former owner, Ecclestone which is derived from the Latin word meaning “New Life”. The mansion is built in modern farmhouse style and is spread across 13,500 squarefoot and includes amenities like 8 bedroom sets, 13 large bathrooms and a view facing the Pacific Ocean.
The property is known to formerly have space for 10 car garage which was taken over by or we could say converted into a staff workplace by the previous owners. Into professional-grade laundry facilities and dry cleaning, respectively.
This is not the first time that Westbrook has targeted a big mansion, his previous house situated in the Brentwood area of Los Angeles is expected to be priced around $30 million and he would now focus on selling what he bought in 2018.
