Shannon Sharpe has shared that he does not agree with a Los Angeles Lakers decision from their clash against the Portland Trail Blazers.

The Los Angeles Lakers defeated the Portland Trail Blazers in their latest NBA clash. The home side defeated the visitors by a 128-109 margin at the Crypto.com Arena on Wednesday night, and it was a comprehensive performance by the Lakers that led to a comfortable victory.

Patrick Beverley in action for the Lakers

The Lakers were in control of the game right from the beginning, as they never let their lead slip across all four quarters. LeBron James starred for the Lakers with a stat line reading 31 points, 7 rebounds and 8 assists while Anthony Davis followed suit with 27 points, 12 rebounds and 1 assist in what was a great team performance – however, one Laker had a particularly poor game.

Patrick Beverley has not been in particularly great touch for the Lakers since joining from the Minnesota Timberwolves this season, and his woes continued as he put up a stat line reading 5 points, 4 rebounds and no assists despite starting the game. Beverley had a disastrous shooting night too, as he made only 2 out of 7 field goals – prompting Shannon Sharpe to rip into him.

What did Shannon Sharpe have to say about Patrick Beverley’s performance?

NBA analyst Shannon Sharpe ripped into Patrick Beverley’s performance as he took to Twitter to give his two cents during the game.

Beverley has not been in good shooting form this season

The NBA analyst most known for his discussions with Skip Bayless on Undisputed: Skip and Shannon, is a reputed Lakers fan – but even he grew frustrated with Patrick Beverley’s shooting ability, or the lack of it. A frustrated Sharpe took to his Twitter during the game as he wrote: “Lakers keep passing the🏀 to Pat Bev. PLEASE STOP IMMEDIATELY 😤😤.”

Beverley will hope to combat his shooting problems this season, having averaged 4.2 points, 3.9 rebounds and 2.7 assists per game so far – as the Lakers try and turn their season around.
