Shaq weight loss: Shaquille O’Neil a.k.a. Shaq wishes to organize a complete virtual reality package for the people, He wants the new beginning to start in a spectacular way.
Talking about his New Year Eve’s VR DJ countdown special on ET with host Nischelle Turner. Shaq shared his journey of his recent weight loss. He crushed approximately 40 pounds with his new diet. O’Neal even vocalized on how he wishes to lose 20 more pounds to do an underwear advertisement with his children.
He bantered around a little with the host telling her that he would be throwing away his shirt on his 51st birthday. Which is on 6th March, by then he must try to have the physique back from his elite NBA days. Nischelle’s question on how he embarked on the journey, Shaq answered, “I got a couple people involved — It’s all about eating right.”
By and large, Shaq received a blood report which indicated him to eat healthy food and focus on his diet. He added, “I got some blood work done, a friend of mine called me and said, ‘You’re fat,’ and she gave me this guy’s name, and he did some blood work, and you know, ’cause I was the athlete — I wasn’t a salad eater. I won’t pay attention to any of that. I don’t care about none of that,”
“I lost 40 pounds,” Shaquille O’Neal promised, “I need to lose about 20 more, but impressive. Imma get real chiseled up and do an underwear ad with my sons. Shirt off. Chiseled. Promise”
Shaq’s New Year Eve special will feature many celebrities, he named a few. Alongside O’Neal’s alter ego, DJ Diesel, the show would have stars like Cardy B, Ludacris, Lil Yachty, Killer Mike, WHIPPED CREAM. There would be many special appearances, two of them by Rob Gronkowski and Camille Kostek.
Above all, Shaq explained his weight loss would surprise the fans in the VR celebration. He added how he started off, “Star off, if you can, by walking 30 minutes a day. A lot of people can’t do that ’cause I know, you got the kids, you gotta get to work. But if you can, start off by walking 30 minutes a day, put your headphones on, put on your favorite song, 30 minutes a day.”
