The NBA world witness a sad day for referees and their decision making but Skip Bayless and his hatred for LeBron James has no end. That is certain.
When the world is supporting LeBron James and says that the call could have handed a deserved victory to Lakers. Skip feels Lebron was relieved that the free throws did not come in his direction. The agitation displayed by LeBron on the court did not influence Skip Bayless and his judgement for one of the greatest players to ever step foot on the basketball court.
The first Tweet posted by Skip Bayless to showcase his hatred towards LeBron ‘King’ James. The tweet came right after the Celtics won the game. “The truth is, I think LeBron was relieved he didn’t have to go stand by himself 15 feet away and make one free throw. No one has missed anywhere near as many close-game late-game free throws as LeBron since he came into the league.”
After an hour, Skip added another dull-witted tweet. “IT’S JUST TOO BAD WE DIDN’T GET TO SEE LEBRON SHOOT THE FREE THROWS HE SO DESERVED AT THE END OF REGULATION. THAT NONCALL MARRED A GREAT GAME TO WATCH.”
Skip Bayless couldn’t help himself from tweeting against LeBron James and his capabilities
Skip Bayless then commented on Lebron James’ capability to drive the ball into the paint. He indicated that Lebron should keep at it as he is a “lousy 3-point shooter.”
His entire tweet said, “So proud of LeBron for finally doing what he should always do at end of regulation. He’s the greatest driver of the ball ever, yet he usually pulls up, shoots 3s to win when he’s a lousy 3-point shooter. HE HAS SO OFTEN RUN FROM THE LATE-GAME FREE THROW LINE. NOT TONIGHT.”
Lakers lost 120-116 to the Boston Celtics in over time. LeBron James continued to elaborate his legacy as he scored 41 points with 9 rebounds and 8 assists. He is now only 116 points behind the great Kareem Abdul-Jabbar to become the All-Time greatest scorer in the history of NBA.
