Skip Bayless gave a hilarious take on Luka Doncic being named the best player NBA under the age of 25. Luka Doncic is often regarded as one of the best players around in the NBA right now.
Dallas Mavericks superstar Luka Doncic is one of the highest-rated youngsters in the tournament and made the news once again when he was named the NBA’s Best Player under the age of 25.
In a discussion on Skip and Shannon, Undisputed, the topic of debate was who is the most suitable to build a franchise around amongst Luka Doncic, Ja Morant, Jayson Tatum and Donovan Mitchell.
However, Shannon thought that Luka was the best man to build his team around, and so did the NBA executives who named him the Best Player under the age of 25.
But as it turns out, Skip Bayless did not quite agree with either Shannon or the NBA executives, as he said that Doncic’s scoring record is too bad for him to be termed as the absolute best in his age division.
Bayless brought up Doncic’s shooting record which is unflattering, to say the least, in his attempt to counter the argument for Doncic being named as the Best Player under 25.
It would be fair to say that Bayless did not quite agree with the decision to name Doncic as the Best Player in the NBA under the age of 25.
Bayless firstly pointed out the fact that Doncic blew a 2-0 lead in Game 3 in his house, and then went on to accuse Shannon of falling in love with guys who “can’t shoot a lick.” To respond to that, Shannon said: “I fall in love with guys that win. ‘Cause there’s more to that in the game of basketball.”
Skip Bayless on Skip and Shannon: Undisputed“Huh? He’s just like LeBron. I’m gonna start calling him LeLuka, because that’s who he is!”
So when Shannon countered the argument with Doncic’s shooting record of 25 points a game and said that “he gets the ball in the basket somehow”, Bayless came up with a hilarious take. Bayless said: “Huh? He’s just like LeBron. I’m gonna start calling him LeLuka, because that’s who he is!”, and the comment immediately went viral on social media platforms.
