Skip Bayless has interesting take on 14-4 Boston Celtics and Ime Udoka

Skip Bayless has provided an interesting take on the Boston Celtics and Ime Udoka after the franchise defeated the Dallas Mavericks on Wednesday night.

The Boston Celtics defeated the Dallas Mavericks at the TD Garden in Boston. It was a dominant performance from the form side in the Conference as they strolled to a 125-112 win over the Mavericks at home – going further clear at the top of the Eastern Conference rankings.

The Celtics are having an incredible season. After making the Finals last season, the Golden State Warriors defeated the Celtics – but a strong performance throughout the regular season and the Playoffs had fans excited about what was coming. However, their preparation started on a controversial note with head coach Ime Udoka being suspended.

While many may have thought that it marked an end to the Celtics’ resurgence, it has been proven to be anything but. The Celtics have started the season as an incredible outfit and have won 14 of their 18 games and currently sit comfortably at the top of the Eastern Conference rankings – looking likely to be one of the early Championship contenders for the season.

Their brilliant form has caused shockwaves in the whole basketball community, and it was not long until Skip Bayless tuned in to give his two cents on the Celtics phenomenon.

What did Skip Bayless have to say about the Celtics and Ime Udoka this season?

The NBA analyst took to his Twitter account to post his interesting take on the Celtics.

Writing on his official Twitter account following the game, Bayless wrote: “Right now the Celtics are playing the best basketball in the NBA. So far they have not missed Ime Udoka. So far.” The analyst is right about both notions – the Celtics are in fact, the team with the most wins this season and have bounced back from the Udoka controversy remarkably well.

The Celtics did not have the best of preparations for the season as Udoka got himself at the centre of controversy involving a workplace guideline violation. Udoka was deemed to have an illicit affair with an employee, prompting the Celtics to suspend him indefinitely – a verdict that saw him renounce his role. However, it would be fair to say that the Celtics have not suffered.
