Steph Curry created more NBA history after his unbelievable shot from the half court against the Boston Celtics.

The Golden State Warriors went up against the Boston Celtics in their meeting at the TD Garden in Boston on Thursday night. Though it was the Celtics who came out on top in a narrow 121-118 win and continued their hot streak of form, the Warriors succumbed to yet another defeat on the road – however, not for the lack of trying from their talismanic superstar Stephen Curry.

While Jayson Tatum scored 34 points, 19 rebounds and 6 assists for the Celtics to continue their hot streak of form, Curry scored 29 points, 4 rebounds and 7 assists – also completing 6 of his 18 attempted three pointers. However, it was one particular three pointer that took all the headlines following the game as Curry made the basket from almost halfway of the basketball court.

It was right at the end of the second quarter as the teams were getting ready to disperse for half time, when Curry came up with an incredible half court shot right at the stroke of the buzzer. The shot taken from a long distance away unbelievably went in right when the buzzer rang, and while the Warriors went into half time with a lead – it got the NBA community buzzing about it too.

Though Curry could not eventually help his team win the game at the final buzzer, his heroics made sure that he created NBA history in his own right.
