Stephen Curry’s workout is so ridiculous that an NBA player threw up just minutes after starting it

An NBA player couldn’t match Stephen Curry’s workout and quits the workout after a few minutes.

Thanks to his intense, sprint-focused training, Curry is one of the most physically fit basketball players. Stephen Curry workout are intended to prepare him for continual movement in the Warriors offense, but they also have him shoot while his legs are drained to simulate actual games.

Curry’s trainer, Brandon Payne, said on the “Basketball Illuminati” podcast that one active (unnamed) NBA player quit working out with Curry after just five minutes. “We’ve had a player who’s still in the NBA go through the first five minutes, sat down on the floor beside the door for about 30 seconds, stood up, went outside and threw up and was done. It was good player, too! It was not a bad player.” Payne said.

Another exercise is the “full court star” in which Curry sprints to opposite ends of the court during this exercise, making three-pointers at each location as he goes: corner to corner, left wing to left wing, right wing to right wing, corner to corner, and back to the top of the key. He must finish in 55 seconds and succeed on at least eight of his ten tries.
