Kevin Durant’s career night gets spoiled by the Hawks
Kevin Durant recorded his career-high total of 55 points but it was spoiled by the Hawks who defeated the Nets in a game of such high magnitude.
Durant was absolutely unstoppable in this matchup but still, his team wants able to get the job done despite his heroics.
This loss has put the Brooklyn Nets in the play-in tournament spots and the road for them to make the playoffs has got even tougher now as they will have to beat 2 teams in two straight games to reach the playoffs.
With the way other teams who are around them are playing, it will be a very tough task for the Nets to bounce back without Ben Simmons.
The return of Ben Simmons is unclear but when he will be back this team will be a lot better and they can only hope that he returns in time for the playoffs or the play-in tournament.
