Victor Oladipo will return to the Miami Heat for another season, as he agrees to a new deal with the franchise.
Victor Oladpi missed the majority of last season due to an injury. He returned in the latter part of the season and played important minutes for the team during the run of the Miami Heat towards the Easter Conference Finals.
Even though Miami was unable to reach the NBA Finals, they showed that if their team had been healthy, they would have gone to the Finals.
Miami had a very deep roster last season, and they’re bringing the majority of the guys back for next season. One of them is Victor Oladipo. He has agreed to a one-year, $11 million deal to stay with the team for another season.
This was a good move for the Miami Heat as they got one of their stars back for next season, where they will again look to make a push towards the championship.
Kevin Durant recently handed in a trade request to the Brooklyn Nets. As a result, many teams will be interested in acquiring him. One of them is Miami Heat.
KD has told the Nets that he wants to play for Miami, so it will be interesting to see if Durant ends up there. The Miami Heat have the assets to pull off this trade, and we may see many players shipped off to Brooklyn in order to make it happen.
