Hardaway enjoyed a career where he turned out for the Golden State Warriors, Miami Heat, Dallas Mavericks, Denver Nuggets and Indiana Pacers.

However, the Magnum opus of his career came when he won the Olympic gold with the United States of America basketball team in the 2000 Olympic Games. He was also a 5-time NBA All-Star and an All-NBA Team Selection.

Even though Hardaway never won an NBA Championship in his career that spanned over 14 years, he was still one of the most influential players for the kids of his generation because of his signature “crossover dribble”.

The Chicago native was known for his signature move known as the “crossover dribble” as well as the “UTEP Two Step”, a maneuver where a player dribbling the ball switches the ball rapidly from one hand to the other, to change direction.

Hence, for a player of his influence, it was not surprising when he was recently inducted into the Hall of Fame. And as fate would have it, Hardaway brought his party piece to the party.
