Chris Paul teaches kids how to come off screens in a masterclass and displays his years of experience in the NBA
A video has gone viral of Chris Paul(CP3) teaching some kids how to come off screens. In the video, you can see Paul giving them some tips and tricks behind mastering this skill. The video is from one of Paul’s Elite Camps that he holds every year for top young prospects.
In the video you can hear him mention how coming off screens is different in the NBA than in High School and College. Chris Paul gives the kids invaluable tips on better techniques and approaches to coming off screens.
Christopher Emmanuel Paul, better known to some as CP3 or the ‘Point God’ is one of the greatest Point Guards to play in the NBA. He is currently playing for the Phoenix Suns who he helped reach the NBA Finals in 2019-20 NBA Playoffs.
After being selected in the 2005 NBA Draft by the then New Orleans Hornets, Paul has played in 12 NBA All-Star games, been selected for 11 All-NBA Teams and 9 All-NBA Defensive teams, led the NBA in steals per game 6 times and assists per game 5 times in his career while playing for the New Orleans Hornets, Los Angeles Clippers, Houston Rockets, Oklahoma City Thunder and Phoenix Suns.
Chris Paul organizes multiple youth basketball training camps every year. Paul does so through his youth basketball camp organization called CP3 Youth Camps.
The mission was to provide young up-and-coming basketball prospects with a fun, safe and enriching atmosphere to help them develop both on and off the basketball court.
Paul organizes camps for middle school level basketball players and High School and College level players. Some of his more famous camps are the CP3 Rising Star National Camp and the Elite Guard Camp. Current NBA players have attended these camps as well.
