Shaquille O’Neal is one of the biggest men ever to step foot in the court
Shaquille O’Neal is one of the biggest men to ever to step foot on a basketball court, but even the mountain of a man felt small when standing next to Cleveland Charge’s Tacko Fall as seen in the video down below.
Shaquille O’Neal spent a 19-year-long career in the NBA being a dominant physical figure who was scary to go up against. Standing at 7 feet and 1 inch, Shaq is used to people looking up at him (often by quite a margin) but for a change, the American ex-basketball superstar felt small when standing next to the towering Tacko Fall.
In a video that has since gone viral on social media, the four-time NBA champion walked up to Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and Fall sitting next to each other at an All-Star Event. Upon walking up to the pair, Shaq paid his respects to one of his predecessors as a former Los Angeles Lakers center in the legendary Abdul-Jabbar, but Shaq seemed bewildered when Fall rose to his feet in order to honour two of the best centers in NBA in history.
Shaq is certainly the biggest man in most of the rooms he walks into, but when Fall stood up beside him, he looked like the smaller guy for a change. Standing at 7 feet and 6 inches, Fall is easily taller than Shaq by several inches and the astonishment was visible in Shaq’s face as he shook hands with Fal, the former is not a man who is very used to looking up to people.
HOW BIG IS TACKO FALL?
The Senegalese basketball player who turns out for the Cleveland Charge in the NBA G League is listed at 7 feet and 6 inches, making him one of the tallest living people on the planet.
With shoes, the 26 year old is listed at 7 feet and 7 inches, and he holds the current record for the largest wingspan and the highest standing reach in the NBA.
Fall’s towering stature ensured that even Shaq one of the biggest basketball players of all time looked small – a gigantic feat (no pun intended) like no other.
