LeBron James and his son Bronny James were in the headlines once again of late, as the pair pulled up to the Ohio State Stadium to watch the hosts go up against Notre Dame in an NCAA football game.
Ohio State had gone up against Notre Dame in the NCAA football season opener, but it also served as a crossover of sorts as none other than King James was in attendance wearing an Ohio State jersey.
However, the King was not alone as he had brought his son along Bronny James was in attendance as well, and at a point of time, was the centre of attention besides the action.
In a clip that has since gone viral, the four-time NBA Champion and four-time NBA MVP was in attendance beside his eldest son Bronny –a 17-year-old senior year currently in high school turning out for the Sierra Canyon Trailblazers with his college basketball days ahead of him.
Being a highly rated 17-year-old who will most definitely have plenty of suitors when he is eligible to take part in the 2024 NBA Draft, Bronny even now has plenty of colleges who will hope to rope him in for the next couple of years.
And with him as well as his father (a football player in his high school days himself) in attendance, Ohio State fans shot their shot.
The Ohio State fans in attendance shot their shot in order to bring Bronny to Ohio.
In the clip that went viral on social media, the Ohio State fans greeted LeBron and Bronny with chants of “We Want Bronny” which left the 17-year-old visibly flustered.
LeBron is not someone used to being away from the spotlight, but it was Bronny who overshadowed his father as he was the centerpiece of attention at the Ohio State Stadium.
Regardless of the stars in the crowd, it was a brilliant game of football as Ohio State came back from behind to beat Notre Dame 21-10, in what served as an enthralling football season opener.
