Charles Barkley and Kevin Durant’s back and forth has got another new chapter

Durant is currently working on a return from an ankle injury, however him not being in action did not stop Barkley from making an attack on him. Speaking on 60 Minutes, Barkley took aim at Durant as he said: “He’s very sensitive. Great player. He’s part of that generation who think he can’t be criticized. He’s never looked in the mirror and said, ‘Man, was that a fair criticism?’”

The comment did not go down well with Durant, who took to Twitter to reply “This ain’t getting tiring chuck? I’ll never respect the words that come out ya mouth fam just deal with it.

Is this the first time Charles Barkley has taken aim at Kevin Durant?

No, this is not the first time the analyst has taken aim at the NBA superstar.

Barkley and Durant exchanged words only last month after the latter’s move to the Suns

Last month, NBA legend and TNT analyst Charles Barkley appeared on First Take with Stephen A. Smith to discuss a number of topics in basketball, including Kevin Durant and his legacy after joining the Suns. Barkley said he is holding KD up to the same standard as LeBron James and Kobe Bryant, who both allegedly said they had to win championships without Dwyane Wade and Shaquille O’Neal in order to get the “old heads” off their backs.

Durant took to his Twitter account to reply to Barkley as he said “I don’t remember Bron saying this… somebody link me to the article”. In fact, Durant was right – as though LeBron once said that he needed D-Wade to win a title, he never said that he had to win one without him to prove his credibility.
