Once Spider-Man actor Andrew Garfield sat with a female friend to watch LeBron James
On Sunday, November 11, Andrew Garfield had the best seats in the house to witness the Los Angeles Lakers and LeBron James defeat the Atlanta Hawks. As he watched the thrilling game, the actor was filled with purple and gold patriotism.
On Sunday afternoon, Andrew and a female friend watched the game from the first row. The two were treated to quite a show as they saw Lebron James and company defeat their East Coast opponents by a single point.
It shouldn’t be shocking that he decided to watch some basketball on Sunday. The actor is a devoted supporter and has attended many Lakers games at the Staples Center over the years.
Garfield, who was brought up in Epsom, England, and was born in Los Angeles, received his training at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama before starting his career on the stage and in television shows in the UK. He appeared in the group drama Lions for Lambs from 2007 as his feature film debut. His work in the television movie Boy A earned him the BAFTA TV Award for Best Actor.
When Garfield was nine years old, he enrolled in acting classes in Guildford, Surrey, and made an appearance in a youth theatre performance of Bugsy Malone. Before spending a further three years studying at a UK conservatoire, the Central School of Speech and Drama, he also joined a small youth theatre workshop company in Epsom and took theatrical studies for an A-level.
